Here's my theory. It's actually a clever plan to undermine North Korea's economy. Look, we were afraid Kim Jong il would sell info like this to Iran or to terrorists, rogue states and other people that Bush tells us to fear. But those bold, decisive Republicans GAVE the info away, so Kim can't sell it! Those brilliant neocons, what'll they think of next!

It's more likely, that when we invade and occupy North Korea, the Bush Team and their Neocronies can say they found these same materials (assuming Jong does his port to translate them into Korean) to claim justification for invading and occupying North Korea and how much a bad guy Jong is ...
