Now, his legacy is, virtually, in the hands of the #1 crony, James Baker, who pops up in administration, after administration, like ... well ... like he comes with the joint (Did Regan issue a Signing Statement that says Baker stays on? Either that, or he’s trying to top David Gergen...)
