And we can see you're at it again ...

Bad enough you dismissed the whole incompetence of your husband, and his cronies, with your "discouragement" statement (not to mention the soldiers and their families), now, you give the false impression that the Bush Grindhouse is opening its' arms to the - still growing - millions of Iraqi refugees.

Sounds like, Ms. Laura, you need some serious gatekeepers, like the possible next President, Hillary Clinton.

Or listen to former President Jimmy Carter, a Nobel Peace Prize winner, to get some honest advice.

And you're not going to get back to watching your television any time soon.

You've missed the big "American Idol" debacle, and the "Lost" finale ... Likely you won't be sitting up their in the living quarters gazing at "John From Cincinnati" either ...

The new golden boy, Petraeus, isn't talking about ending this thing soon, or even in this decade.

The dwarfs, finks, phonies and frauds that your husband, slavishly, follows down his decomposing legacy want more war, not less, gleefully calling for the carpet bombing of Iran.

Your little ploy, to get people to donate $61 to the RNC, in honor of The Decider's birthday... Again, get yourself those gatekeepers ... Someone to keep you from putting both feet in your mouth ...

If you had someone like that, they'd tell you highlighting "61" isn't such a great idea ... And with his "legendary" term as a baseball team owner ...

"61" is the number that belongs to the the late, New York Yankee, Roger Maris, and his record-setting feat of breaking Babe Ruth's single season homerun record, back in 1961. And Maris was more vilified for it than heralded. So much so, that, since Ruth hit his homeruns in 154 games, and it took Maris 163 to hit #61, it was deemed his record would have a asterisk next to it.

So, the question has to be asked there, Miss First Lady, are you signaling the historians to designated your husband, and what will be a horrible legacy, with an asterisk. Perhaps tying him with Hoover?

Thank God the Queen of England blew into town, heh, Laura?

So much to do, so many distractions.

The guest list, the protocols, the food and, of course, getting The Uniter/The Decider/The Commander Guy into his white tie and tails.

Little chance of even catching a glimpse of a television screen, and getting washed over with all that discouragement.

Now, we know you're busy, but we do have a bone to pick with you.

A little over a week ago, we gave you a task. You were supposed to become the First Chief Decideress Veto Killer. You were supposed to work on that husband of yours, and not let go until he agreed to sign the Iraq War Spending Bill, so we - that is the American people - could start to see our brave soldiers begin making their way home.

Doesn't look like you made much of an effort there, girl. The Uniter/The Decider/The Commander Guy had his Mission Accomplished II, and signed, with gusto, the veto.

Look, you're part of the team there in the Grindhouse. And you're educated, a former liberian, been around a block, or two in the world of politics. Surely, you must be able to see that the ship is sinking. Even The Uniter/The Decider/The Commander Guy's wing men, the Republican Caucus, is beginning to look for the life rafts. Their not going to get their feet wet.

And you have the former CIA Director out there, running around the country, popping up on television (I know, that probably discourages you as well), selling his book, and making his money, politely slamming the The Uniter/The Decider/The Commander Guy.

And the polls, Laura.

He's down there with Carter, at his worst moments, and, likely, he'll be chasing Hoover next.

Think about that Laura. You don't want to exit the Grindhouse in January 2009, with Herbert Hoover rated as a better President that your The Uniter/The Decider/The Commander Guy, do you?

There's still time to salvage this.

Perhaps, you can pull (well, you're not supposed to touch the Queen, so take that figuratively) the Queen aside and lay out the
First Chief Decideress Veto Killer plan with her. She's been through a few of these things during her reign, so, likely, she can offer a tip or two to help you out.

And you should have the Professor back pretty soon.

Wolfie will likely have some time on his hands and he might, just might, be looking to do something good of a change.

Are you going around the White House, ducking into empty rooms and sneaking on the television?

Are you and the Chief Decider really suffering more than anyone else, over the deaths in Iraq?

More than Jessica Lynch and the Tillman family?

You do understand that it is your husband, the Commander-in-Chief, the Chief Decider who has caused this suffering, and your discouragement?

After all, he was the one that ordered the troops (after, of course, the intelligence was cooked, and his buddies Andrew, and Karen, and Scooter, and Stephen and all the others, went out and sold this war) to invade and occupy Iraq.

And his latest Golden Boy, Army Gen. David Petraeus is talking about all of this continuing, that "clearly is going to require enormous commitment and commitment over time."

And now, and be sure to listen carefully, you can be a big help.

You want to get back to watching television, without the suffering, without the discouragement, right?

Well, you need to become the First Chief Decideress Veto Killer. You need to pigeon-hole that husband of yours and lay down the law. Don't let him leave until he's agreed to sign the new bill the Congress will be sending to him, the one passed today, that, yes, gives him the funding, but also starts to wind this thing down and bring home the troops.

You need to tell him that the both of you need to stop suffering, and that you want to get back to sitting down and watching your television without getting all upset and discouraged.

Get his father (the real one, not the Higher One) to help you. He can pitch that by signing the bill, it will go towards ending some of that "Bush Fatigue".

It's up to you Laura. Happy television viewing, or more suffering, it's in your hands.

Poor, poor First Lady Laura.

Her DVD rental bill must be astronomical by now, if she is staying away from watching the television - in order not to be discouraged.

It's bad enough that those darn terrorists over in Iraq give her such discouragement, but yesterday, she had to travel with the Chief Decider down to Blacksburg, Virgina, to attend the Convocation following the terrible gun-caused violent tradegy there.

At least her husband got out in front of that early, and firmly, letting his base and supporters (you know, all those potential Bush Library donors) that he stands tall behind the 2nd Amendment.

Many believe the 2nd Amendment, and the "right to bear arms" means defending the country against invaders, or their own tyrannical government.

And many Iraqis (no, not all of them) are "bearing arms" to defend their country against invaders and occupiers.

The irony.

Laura, perhaps, is hoping beyond hope that her husband, and the others in the White House, can get one of those generals, or someone, to take the nice new War Czar job and figure all this out.

If the War Czar, and the surge, work out, the First Lady may be able to go back watching television, sans the discouragement, just in time for summer reruns.

No, if Laura wants bombing-free TV, she's going to have to sneak down, during the dead of night, to the Oval Office and steal all the pens. This had to be a double-bummer for the First Lady, coming on the day of the 4th Anniversary of her husbands' invasion and occupation of Iraq.

Did she watch last evening, or was she busy, celebrating the anniversary? Has the President noticed his wife being bummed out every day, by that one bombing a day she sees on television? Does he comfort her? Has she asked him to stop, and get out of Iraq?

Will she, eventually, just stop watching television? Or will the developing scandal of her husbands' Crony General captivate her, leading her to pronounce "Much of the Administration is stable ... But of course, what we see on television is the one fired U.S. Attorney that discourages everybody ..."

We might be able to assume that the First Lady is helping the Chief Decider figure out just what to do about his Crony General, Alberto Gonzales, so we're not sure she got discouraged with the news broadcast last evening.

Then, she may double-dip in her disappointment, after Valerie Plame finishes testifying today to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.

No doubt it's likely to bum out the President and Vice President, that is, if they're not to busy, scurrying through emails they may have sent to, or received regarding the firing of the eight U.S. Attorneys.

The First Lady of the United States, in an interview with Larry King, has decried that, it is not the failure of the President and his administration that is a bummer when it comes to Iraq, rather it is the fault of the media for bringing an isolated moment of misery to us.

"And many parts of Iraq are stable ahh..now. But, of course, what we see on television is the one bombing a day that discourages everybody."

As Think Progress reported, "According to the latest Brookings Institution Iraq Index, as of November 2006, there were approximately 185 insurgent and militia attacks every day."
